I purchased my friends bike which has the original elevensix. The shock was purchased at the end of 2018 and he rode the bike for a few years and then moved onto a new bike. The bike sat for few years and I picked it up around a year ago. Rode it for a good year before noticing the shock was not performing as well as it did when I got the bike. Sent it in for service and got it back within the span of a week. I had it set up for plush dh and flow/jump. Tested on the local trail and was pleased how well the shock performed comparing to its state prior to sending out for service. Then I hit the jump lines at Highland and was blown away how the bike felt hitting jumps. Definitely confidence inspiring. I am pleased with the product and the quality of service. The%20rebuild%20was%20nice%20and%20then%20did%20a%20good%20job.%20I%20was%20very%20disappointed%20and%20the%20fact%20that%20I%20paid%20a%20lot%20of%20money%20for%20this%20with%20the%20guarantee%20of%20being%20able%20to%20make%20it%20fit%20my%20future%20bikes.%20Now%20they%27re%20saying%20I%20would%20have%20to%20spend%20almost%20the%20price%20of%20another%20shock%20to%20have%20that%20happen.%20Not%20really%20sure%20if%20that%27s%20the%20factories%20responsibility%20or%20the%20dealer%20but%20neither%20one%20would%20step%20up.
This is my second annual maintenance service and it was just as flawless as the last. You guys are top notch. I really appreciate that the tech rebuilding my shock called and asked about my riding style and setup to make sure that the shock would be dialed in for me. Thank you!
