I purchased my friends bike which has the original elevensix. The shock was purchased at the end of 2018 and he rode the bike for a few years and then moved onto a new bike. The bike sat for few years and I picked it up around a year ago. Rode it for a good year before noticing the shock was not performing as well as it did when I got the bike. Sent it in for service and got it back within the span of a week. I had it set up for plush dh and flow/jump. Tested on the local trail and was pleased how well the shock performed comparing to its state prior to sending out for service. Then I hit the jump lines at Highland and was blown away how the bike felt hitting jumps. Definitely confidence inspiring. I am pleased with the product and the quality of service.
