    With every ELEVENSIX, our extremely talented staff in our engineering department does all of the work for you.

    When ordering we only need to know your rider weight, riding style, and the bike you're on....we'll do the rest. Delivering a true performance upgrade ready to ride right out of the box. Each shock ships complete with spring and mounting hardware. No additional parts or modifications are necessary!

    The process starts by getting each and every bike into our R&D department for a full evaluation.

    First we evaluate the ride of each bike in stock trim, tuning the stock suspension until it's fully optimized.

    Next, physical prototype ELEVENSIX shocks are mounted to each bike for clearance checks and full kinematic analysis. Most often our data at this point is verified with information provided by the bike manufacturer.

    Lastly, multiple prototype shocks are ride tested with on-board data logging units, recording information such as suspension travel, velocity, and acceleration.

    To build the world's most advanced MTB shock absorber requires one of the world's premiere suspension spring manufacturers. Each spring is precision manufactured at HyperCo's state-of-the-art USA facility and available in 25lb/in increments for uncompromising setup.

    Made from premium Ultra High Tensile Suspension Spring Alloy, Optimum Body Diameter (OBD) Hypercoils feature a unique design concept that adjusts the body diameter of the spring relative to the end coils. The OBD design enables Hyperco to take full advantage of its ultra high tensile material by optimizing the applied stress through adjusting the spring's body diameter. This design resists the bowing of the spring producing greater spring linearity and eliminating spring rub on the shock body.

    Internal Floating Piston (IFP)


    Heat stability for consistent performance regardless of terrain.

    More volume equals lower internal pressures and less friction. This results in increases in small bump sensitivity directly leading to better cornering grip and comfort. Increased nitrogen volume combined with it's large surface area ensure cooling running temperatures on park days or extended descents.

     

    Speed Sensitive Hydraulic Bottoming Control


    We've all been there. You case a jump, come up short, or just finally get up the courage to do the big huck...only to find the landing is to flat.

    Our new Speed Sensitive Hydraulic Bottoming system is your solution.

    Developed in conjunction with the hybrid HyperCoil progressive spring system, the secondary shaft piston provides large increases in compression damping during the last 15% of shock stroke. Because it's completely independent of the main damping piston there are no compromises in the shocks performance throughout the stroke.

    Say goodbye to harsh bottoming as the new Hydraulic Bottom Out Control allows you to ride harder and go bigger with a smooth and supportive end of stroke feel.

    4-PORT SYMMETRICAL PROGRESSIVE DAMPING PISTON


    The damping piston found in the all new ELEVENSIX features completely redesigned compression and rebound port profiles, providing smoother flow and an increase in damper response leading to a more controlled ride. The new piston assembly also features reconfigured progressive compression and rebound valving stacks providing less damping on small and high frequency bumps, while providing greater damping on larger impacts and g-outs.

    This new design delivers just the right amount of damping to maximize both comfort and control.

    DUAL OVERHEAD COMPRESSION VALVES

     

     

    Are you finding that your current shocks pre-determined lever positions just don't give you the ride characteristic that you're looking for? We believe that it's time to remove the constraints and put the control at your fingertips. Our Patented Dual Overhead Compression Valve System allows you to define your riding experience. Each valve features both Low-Speed and High-Speed external compression adjustment allowing you to define your perfect setup. Are you looking for a firm mode for climbing and an ultra plush mode for descending? Maybe you're more than technical climbing type who likes to clean the challenging sections and like a firmer "trail" feel when descending. With our exclusive design you define your ride modes and are able to simply toggle between each mode on-the-fly with our easy to use ergonomic external lever.

    All of this adjustment also now comes easier than ever. The new ELEVENSIX features completely sealed adjusters that are re-shaped, larger in size, and feature an internal bushing system to make them easy to turn.

    We've also made improvements to the vale system itself providing an increased range of adjustment, as well as a reduction in damping hysteresis resulting in improved small bump sensitivity and support under high frequency bumps.

    MOTORSPORT GRADE SPHERICAL BEARING EYELET MOUNTS

     

     

    Decreasing friction directly leads to increases in small bump sensitivity and traction providing a more comfortable ride. PUSH precision-ground and hardened spherical ball bearings eliminate both rotational friction from linkages as well as shaft binding friction caused from flex under load. Quickly realizing that traditional off the shelf bearings were not up to the task, PUSH engineers went to work developing a specific system to address both the harsh riding conditions as well as high loads with unparalleled durability.
