Warranty Information

At PUSH Industries, we proudly stand behind our products and our customers. We offer a 1-year limited warranty for all PUSH products, and a 90-day warranty for all PUSH services. All warranties are for the original purchaser only and are non-transferable. Please read below for more details.


  • Service items are covered under warranty for 90 days from the invoice date related to PUSH part defects and/or assembly for the original purchaser only. Warranties are non-transferable. Warranties related to defective OEM parts (e.g., FOX parts) are handled on a case-by-case basis. (Please note that many service items - such as seals - are high-wear items; that being said, PUSH highly recommends regular service intervals to ensure maximum performance of your suspension.   • The original purchaser is solely responsible for submitting warranty claims within the 90-day period. Any warranty claims outside this 90-day period are subject to a full rebuild at full price.
  • Not fully satisfied with your tune? We offer a 90-day grace period for a free re-tune, excluding shipping costs. (Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to a re-tune). Our re-tune guarantee is for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. 


  • All PUSH products are guaranteed under a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty is effective against manufacturer defects and improper assembly. 
  • The following are not covered by warranty:

    • Normal riding wear
    • Fading or wearing of anodizing
    • Damage due to bike wrecks or mishandling

To begin the warranty process, please review the information above to determine if your product/service fits the warranty criteria.  If you determine that your product/service may be subject to a warranty claim, you can complete our warranty claim form located here to begin the process.  You must get a return authorization (RA) number before returning any product.  Please note that all service items (and some products) will require visual inspection at our facility before a warranty claim can be processed.

Warranty Claim Form

Freight damage:  If your product has been damaged during shipping, please submit a shipping claim within 3 business days of receiving the product.  Digital photos are required to document damage to the packaging and product. Once you receive an RA number, returns must be made to PUSH Industries within 30 days of delivery.  To submit a return or exchange, simply email us at sales@pushindustries.com. Upon authorization, we will send you an RA number and return shipping information based on your location. You must get an RA number before returning any product.
