SUSPENSION TECHNICIAN

Our company is looking for SUSPENSION TECHNICIANS to work in our Technical Services Department. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management skills and experience working successfully in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include sub-assembly and final assembly of mountain bike suspension components, use of a suspension dynamometer, use of computer, and communication with customer service/sales department. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail. Applicants with technical experience and familiarity with mountain bike suspension are strongly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for job duties listed.

Position: Full Time, M-F, 8am-5pm onsite

Salary: Minimum $38,000 ($18.26/hr)

Duties Will Include:

  • Sub-assembly of parts across multiple lines of products
  • Final assembly of components across multiple lines of products
  • Coordination with co-workers to fill orders in an accurate and timely manner

  • Basic computer skills
  • Use of a suspension Dynamometer for testing
  • Perform additional tasks, as needed  

Requirements:

  • Minimum high-school diploma
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working in a team environment

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

POST PROCESS TECHNICIAN

Position: Full Time, M-F, 8am-5pm onsite

Salary: Minimum $31,200 ($15/hr)

  • Cleaning and preperation of CNC machined parts
  • Setup and operation of processing equipment
  • Packaging of finished parts
  • Detailed handwork and deburring of parts

CNC MACHINIST SET UP

We are looking for strong candidates to join our growing Manufacturing Team. This position involves the setup and operation of advanced CNC equipment as well as general shop duties associated with the equipment.

Equipment:

  • DMG MORI NLX2000 SY with Live X and Z Tooling Stations
  • Tsugami M08SY with Live X and Z Tooling Stations

Duties will include:

  • Preparation of Raw Materials
  • Setup and Tool machines, including tool and work offsets.
  • Run through program setup and refine code and offsets to meet part print specifications
  • Work with engineering to provide continuous part inspection and quality control
  • Collaborate on manufacturing strategies to improve workflow
  • Loading and unloading of machines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years working with CNC Control. MAPPS/CELOS/Fanuc Preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of tooling types as well as feeds and speeds
  • Ability to accurately read inspection print and maintain geometric tolerances
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Keep a clean and organized workplace

Salary:

$55,000 - $80,000
