Sales Leader -Global Accounts

An experienced individual with both sales and creative skills. Someone who is equally capable of creating a sales strategy as they are executing it. A forward looking individual with strong relationship building skills.

What is the role that you’re applying for?

As the Sales Leader you will be responsible for growing our business. Your results will be measured by top line revenue while balancing gross profit. This position will find you working with our existing key accounts to understand their needs and create a path to their success, as well as identifying and establishing new business opportunities.

·       Understand and build relationships with our current B2B network.

·       Identify and create new B2B opportunities.

·       Help create and implement DTC and B2B sales workflow automation in HubSpot

·       Help create and implement sales, social, and email marketing strategies in HubSpot

·       Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting.

Where will I be working?

This is primarily a full-time, in-office position at our Colorado HQ located in Loveland. At times, this position will require both Domestic and International travel.

What is the salary?

This is a performance-based position with a compensation range of $40,000 to $250,000.

Inside Sales Rep

Our company is looking for customer service rep to work in our Sales Department. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management skills and experience working successfully in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include assisting customers from start to finish while being completely obsessed with the customers success. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail. Applicants with technical experience and familiarity with mountain bike suspension are strongly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for job duties listed.

Duties Will Include:

  • Responding to customer inquires via Online Chat, Email, and Phone
  • Coordination with co-workers to fill orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Basic computer skills
  • Perform additional tasks, as needed
