There are no videos on the vet/x shock that i bought and i think my spring is to stiff for my style ridding. I tried to call and the mailbox was full.
UPDATE 10/30/25 While it is my opinion that there should be more in depth instructions on the vet/x shock and the customer service isn’t the best, they did get back to me and we did sort out my issue (i wanted a plusher spring) the shock is really AMAZING. In thier defense i did see an ad for a new customer service rep from push so they were probably a little short handed. All in all I am very pleased with the shock and would purchase one again.
Couldn’t be more stoked on the new VT/X! Shock works phenomenal and looks amazing. Ton of adjustability to really dial it in once you get the correct spring rate and set sag. I ended up with a SAR spring for clearance purposes in my frame tunnel but would have been equally happy with a HyperCoil.
I’ve been a Push user since 2019. I really love the 11 six and the VT/X pretty good as well. I’ve been recommending the brand to each of my friends and customers that is looking for a better suspension
