Based on feedback from our customers we're excited to offer two new shipping options.
Option 1.
Round Trip Shipping: With our new Round Trip Shipping option, you box up your service items but then take advantage of our volume FedEx discounts. Simply select one of the options from under this heading at checkout and we'll email you a label for use when shipping your service items to us. Both your inbound and return shipping will be consolidated into one charge once your service has been completed and is shipped back.
Option 2.
Deluxe Round Trip Shipping: For a $9 service fee, we’ll even provide the box! We understand that finding the correct sized box for your fork and even your shock can be difficult. With our Deluxe Round Trip Shipping option we’ll ship a PUSH shipping box for your fork or shock with a return label enclosed. Simply unfold the box, pack in your service items, and place the provided return label on the outside. The box can then be dropped at any FedEx/Kinko’s shipping store or can be picked up from your business by phoning 1-800-GO-FEDEX.
