and headed for my house, YEA!
Thanks for the quick turnaround and the EXCEPTIONAL customer service. You
guys were very helpful when I called and I appreciate the call letting me
know that some of the shock internals were toast and needed to be replaced. I look
forward to getting out on the local trails this weekend. If it rides half as well as the rave reviews I've heard from others who have experienced your
magic I'll be more than satisfied.

"I would like to just send you guys a quick note of thanks. Before
even riding my new Float RL, I sent it to you guys to have it tuned to my
weight. I'm 320+ lbs and was skeptical that anyone could make it work
properly for my weight. You guys pulled it off and I've been riding trouble

Just wanted to give some feedback…
I remounted the shock… what a difference! Just what I wanted. The ride is solid on climbs and flats yet still soaks up bumps. Downhill is perfect, active yet stiffer and less squirrelly than before… like going from a Buick to a Audi. Also, your service was great and turnaround was only a week. Thanks.
