My fork or shock has some damage, do you also have repair parts and can it still be tuned?
Yes, we have a complete inventory of both front fork and rear shock components to repair units with damage. A technician will always contact you with an estimate before moving forward.
Do you work on products not listed on your website?
No. We are always looking at new products and services, however our website has the most up to date information regarding what we have currently available.
Do I need to remove the crown race from my fork before I ship it to you?
No, removing the crown race is not necessary and actually not recommended.
When I ship my shock to PUSH should I remove the spring and mounting hardware?
Sending the spring is not necessary, however keeping your mounting hardware with your shock is recommended.
